[viddler:43429fa8;[link:Xango Review];http://www.viddler.com/player/43429fa8] XanGo Review: Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Lehi, Utah, XanGo is a private company that has gained fame for its various health and skin care products. Its most famous product is XanGo juice, a mangosteen based product that serves as a nutritional supplement.
XanGo, a private organization, was founded in 2002. Its headquarters are located in Lehi, Utah and has been the center of controversy.
The corporation has a board of directors, much of which is made of various founders including Kent Wood, Bryan Davis, Joe Morton and Gordon Morton. Other founders, including Aaron Garrity and Gary Hollister serve as executives within the company.
Both Aaron Garrity and Gary Hollister have been acknowledged by Ernst and Young as finalists for their prestigious entrepreneurial awards in 2006. The company has also received various awards as an employee friendly work environment, a maverick in corporate responsibility and creative packaging.
Privately held, this corporation does not publicly disclose financial statements, but it is known that product sales have been steadily growing since the company’s inception and that by late 2008, the company’s cumulative sales exceeded one and a half billion dollars.
Since 2006, XanGo has been the official corporate sponsor of the Major League Soccer’s Real Salt Lake, the professional soccer team based in Salt Lake City, Utah. The corporation has also been one of the top monetary contributors to Utah Senator Orrin Hatch and has made grants to a local arts council.
The organization has partnered with other nonprofit and nongovernmental organizations on efforts to help children, particularly with Operation Kids. The company has been a top political donor to Utah’s Senator Orrin Hatch and has even made various grants and donations to the local arts council.
Xango Juice is sold throughout the United States and other countries including Australia, Hong Kong, Mexico and Sweden. According to the Federal Trade Commission, there are over seven hundred thousand known distributors in fifteen markets.
These juice products incorporate juices and purees from various fruits such as apple, pear, various berries, grape and cherry; however, their main products are mangosteen aril and pericarp puree. Despite attempts, it has been unable to secure a patent on the formula.
The juice and health products have stirred some controversy for the corporation. They have been issued warnings from the Food and Drug Administration as a result of their advertising tactics and claims about health benefits. By marketing the product as a drug, rather than a food product, with various health benefits, the FDA indicates that they are in danger of violating regulations.
Medical research organizations, like the Mayo Clinic of Minnesota, argue the special health qualities of this juice as an effective treatment for chronic or serious health problems and diseases.
XanGo has also been the center of trademark controversy with a similar company named Tahitian Noni International, or TNI. TNI claims that various founders stole ideas when they originally worked for TNI’s mother company. After filing a countersuit, XanGo and TNI decided to settle out of court, although the details of the settlement have remained confidential.

Dec 1st
All over the Internet is any home business industry, there is a lot of attention directed at the XanGo business. Is worth it, or is it all just a scam?
First of all, the Xango business as a company was founded in Utah by six individuals: Gary Hollister, Aaron Garrity, Joe Morton, Gordon Morton, Kent Wood, and Bryan Davis approximately seven years ago. On their website at www.XanGo.com, they operate in over 20 countries with 1 million distributors.
That is a wonderful thing, but what actual products the XanGo business sell? Their primary product is a mangosteen beverage, however you have also included a supplement line, an energy enhancing supplement, and a skin care product.
Now, how do you actually earn money in the Xango business opportunity? Very clearly the company indicates that they give back a full 50% of the overall commissions back to the distributors . Overall, there are four distinct ways to earn money in this opportunity: retail sales, powerstart bonus, unilevel, and qualifying premiers and above can participate in a bonus pool where 3% of the overall global sales each quarter are shared. In summary, it looks like a very solid opportunity from both the retail of the product and business builders side.
So is the XanGo business a complete scam or is it worth your while? Absolutely agree company with a very solid compensation plan. Although it is in a very competitive juice MLM market, but is the first to market with the mangosteen juice.
In the end though, as in any home business opportunity, your ultimate success in the Xango business has less to do with the exceptional products and generous commissions, and much more to do with how you market.
