Creativity is the rare ability to think outside the conventional box of thinking. It is more of a process of challenging what exists with the sole intention of creating something different and new. Because thinking differently from what you’re used to requires extra effort there are not a lot of creative people. Most conservative thinkers need creativity coaching to improve the way they think. Otherwise there is no real problem with conventional thinking; it just doesn’t give you an edge on top of other competing interests.

Release your thoughts and expose them to the world. Thoughts come from deep inside our brains and they’re the by-product of our knowledge. Now, if ones thought are never given the chance to walk free then they’ll become paralysed and immobile. When thoughts are used to being censored the brain somehow finds no reason in thinking differently. Little by little express what you have on your mind and don’t be scared.

Variety is the spice of life. When you incorporate different things into your life you will start to feel your knowledge expanding. Expose yourself to new music, movies, magazines and foods and you’ll notice how your brain becomes more informed and expressive.

Children have a good sense of imagination because they aren’t scared of doing things that adults are used to shunning. Take part in whatever they do and never dismiss any of what they do as being too childish or playful. You can learn a lot because children do as they please.

Hang around creative people and tackle problems together with them. This will slowly put you in the ‘why, how and when’ state of mind where thoughts roam free like wild grass in virgin flames.

When an unusual thought streams through your head write it down somewhere. Writing down your thoughts will help you not to forget groundbreaking ideas that could totally change how people see you.
