Donald Trump stirs up the contraversy in American business. Some people don’t like the way he handles his real estate deals, or even the way he conducts himself on “The Apprentice”. It is no surprise that he is getting more criticism for buying Ideal Health, an MLM company. Part of the criticism he is getting is because of what he’s said about MLMs before.

In the days when Johnny Carson sat behind the desk at The Tonight Show, Donald Trump made some really mocking comments about MLM, and Amway in particular. Now people are understandably viewing his purchase of Ideal Health, with a jaded eye. He will re-launch the company as the Trump Network. Scam is too powerful a term to use in this case, it’s just interesting to see him apparently change his tune.

The Trump Network is going to focus on two major segments of the population, the baby boomers and the overweight. They are selling a vitamin supplement, which seems like old news. They have a new twist to their product, though. You take a home test to determine what nutrients your body requires. Then you order a month’s worth of a custom made supplement. Your order is put into auto ship and your credit card is billed automatically every month when your order is shipped.

The other major product they are selling is a weight loss product. I know what you’re thinking. Is there a Trump Network scam at work on the overweight? I don’t know, because I’ve never heard of a diet program quite like this. You get one meal and 5 snacks a day, again, available on auto ship for your convenience. They say this is because recent research has shown many small meals during the day are superior to tree large meals.

Don’t lose sight of the fact that the Trump Network is a network marketing company. Donald Trump could make another fortune if the Trump Network takes off. So many people think it is only the people at the top that make money with MLM. People who think MLM is a scam are automatically expecting to see Trump Network scam behavior.

In all honesty, plenty of people make money with MLM. Unfortunately, most of them are not making full time income kind of money. Mostly, this is the fault of the education they get from the company. There is still a lot of money to be made by people who know marketing.

If you can make $100 a month with MLM, then you can make $10,000 a month. It’s just a matter of education. If you ask me, is Trump Network a scam? I will say, “No.” If you ask me, is it necessary to learn marketing from an independent marketing course? I will say with much emphasis, “Yes!” Learn all the ways you can make money with your Trump Network website, and you will never be one of those posting online calling Trump Network a scam.
